If you are experiencing a medical emergency please call 000 for an ambulance.
We are a family practice, not a rapid bulk-billing clinic. Consultations are by appointment, but emergency problems can be seen without appointments and triaged with our nurse. If you have a list of complicated problems, unless forewarned the Doctor may address some issues and ask you to return another day to continue with less urgent concerns. If you think you may need a longer appointment please let the receptionist know at the time of booking.
Appointments for urgent matters are available on the day. Please telephone the surgery and let the receptionist know the nature of the problem so our team can endeavor to fit you in or refer you to the appropriate centre.
We value your time and patience. However due to the nature of general practice, unfortunately delays are inevitable as some patients will present with more complex and time consuming issues that require immediate attention. Please have patience, this may one day be you who requires some extra time.
For urgent calls after hours please phone 040478 718 405 to speak to a doctor. The After Hours telehealth consultations start a private fee of $100 with Medicare rebates available. In person consultations start at $200 with Medicare rebates available.

As many medications can be potent if taken inappropriately, it is important to have your medications regularly reviewed by your Doctor. If we have never prescribed the medication for you before, or it has been greater than 3 months since your last prescription, you will require a consult to obtain a prescription. There is a small charge to cover the doctor reviewing your file, medications and checking results prior to issuing your script.
We advocate for our patients to work with their GP to maintain and look after their health and test results. For your confidentiality receptionists cannot give any results over the desk or phone.
We recommend booking a review consultation, at the time of your original appointment, to discuss your results with your GP. This can be a telehealth or in-person consultation. If you do not have a review appointment and your doctor wishes to see you, we will contact you by either SMS, phone call or post.
