We are a family practice, not a rapid bulk-billing clinic. Consultations are by appointment, but emergency problems can be seen without appointments and triaged with our nurse. If you have a list of complicated problems, unless forewarned the Doctor may address some issues and ask you to return another day to continue with less urgent concerns. If you think you may need a longer appointment please let the receptionist know at the time of booking.<\/p>\n

Appointments for urgent matters are available on the day. Please telephone the surgery and let the receptionist know the nature of the problem so our team can endeavor to fit you in or refer you to the appropriate centre.<\/p>\n

We value your time and patience. However due to the nature of general practice, unfortunately delays are inevitable as some patients will present with more complex and time consuming issues that require immediate attention. Please have patience, this may one day be you who requires some extra time.<\/p>\n

For urgent care after hours<\/strong> our Doctor-On-Call can be contacted on 0478 718 405. It is essential that patients requiring an interpreter request a long appointment and let us know when booking so an interpreter can be arranged.<\/p>\n Dr. Andy Morice is fluent in Spanish.<\/p>\n Dr. Mirjam Wilkinson can speak Swiss, German and Japanese.<\/p>\n [\/et_pb_accordion_item][et_pb_accordion_item title=”Repeat Prescriptions” _builder_version=”4.16″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}” theme_builder_area=”post_content” open=”off”]<\/p>\n As many medications can be potent if taken inappropriately, it is important to have your medications regularly reviewed by your Doctor. If we have never prescribed the medication for you before, or it has been greater than 3 months since your last prescription, you will require a consult to obtain a prescription. There is a small charge to cover the doctor reviewing your file, medications and checking results prior to issuing your script.<\/p>\n [\/et_pb_accordion_item][et_pb_accordion_item title=”Test Results” _builder_version=”4.16″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}” theme_builder_area=”post_content” open=”off”]<\/p>\n We advocate for our patients to work with their GP to maintain and look after their health and test results. \u00a0For your confidentiality receptionists cannot give any results over the desk or phone.<\/p>\n We recommend booking a review consultation, at the time of your original appointment, to discuss your results with your GP. This can be a telehealth or in-person consultation.
